Why goat's milk soap?

Goat milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids such as lactic acid which help remove dead skin cells from your skin’s surface.  The cream that is present in goat milk helps boost the moisturizing quality of goat milk soaps.
Goat milk contains important minerals for the skin such as selenium and vitamins including Vitamin A, which is necessary to repair damaged tissue
and maintain healthy skin.

We have the most adorable Toggenburg milking goats which provide us with plenty of raw, rich milk. Our cold processed artisan goats milk soap is wonderful for people with dry or sensitive skin, especially with conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. All our soaps are as close to nature as we can get them.  We use natural additives and colours from the earth. Most of the botanicals found in our soaps are grown and dried here on our farm before being used to infuse natural oils included in our handmade soaps. We only use essential oils for some fragrances in our range where we are unable to grow the ingredients ourselves due to our climate.

Our soaps are handmade, as a result of that the colour and decorative technique varies from bar to bar.
